We inform you that during the viewing of the property it is deemed necessary to indicate your identity as well as your VAT number according to Law 4072 / 11-4-2012 Official Government Gazette 86A. If buyers or sellers are more than one person, then the amount of the real estate commission is divided to each, depending on the percentage of co-ownership in the property.
In particular, each Real Estate Broker is entitled to a fee on the real market value of the property for which a final buying and selling – contractual consideration contract will be made and on the rental price that will be set in the relevant property rental contract in case of rent.
