These amounts are given in full independently by both parties.
The broker is entitled to a fee, apart from the sale and rent, for any contract that will be drawn up as a result of his own suggestion for property viewing and concerns the acquisition or transfer of the right of ownership or use or exploitation of the relevant property in any other way. By signing the order to view a property and the assignment order respectively, you declare, inter alia, that you accept the above and your are committed to pay the broker the agreed brokerage fee, which you consider reasonable and fair. In the event that a final contract is not concluded, you do not bear any financial responsibility to the broker. The broker is protected by law and is represented by the Greek Federation of Real Estate Brokers and the Attica Association of Realtors.

The Prefecture of Chania is one of the four prefectures of the largest Greek island, Crete. It is located at the western end of the island and borders the Prefecture of Rethymno to the east. It borders two open seas, west and north the Cretan Sea and south the Libyan Sea. The capital of the prefecture is the city of the same name, Chania. This is an area with mainly mountainous terrain and in places semi-mountainous and lowland. The Lefka ori (White Mountains), where the famous gorge of Samaria is located, occupy a large part of the mountainous part and divide the prefecture into two extremely different areas. Many springs are connected to their very large drainage basin. The coastal part, with the beautiful beaches known and awarded for their clear blue waters, has more inhabitants than the mountainous one, which, however, stands out for the unique landscapes that shape it. Several of the beaches are organized due to the existence of many hotels. Chania and the other cities and picturesque villages of the prefecture are a vacation choice for many travelers every year. The economy of the island relies to a large extent on these tourist waves in combination with agricultural and livestock activities. Chania has a port and an airport making access even easier. The whole of Crete is famous for its traditional delicacies and for the hospitality of the locals.
