By signing the order to view a property and the assignment order respectively, you declare, inter alia, that you accept the above and your are committed to pay the broker the agreed brokerage fee, which you consider reasonable and fair. In the event that a final contract is not concluded, you do not bear any financial responsibility to the broker. The broker is protected by law and is represented by the Greek Federation of Real Estate Brokers and the Attica Association of Realtors.

Tavros belongs to the Southern Sector of Athens and is a connection point of the center of Athens with Piraeus. It has a very central position and is crossed by the main arteries Petrou Ralli Avenue and Piraeus Avenue, while it is also close to Kifissos Avenue.
