If buyers or sellers are more than one person, then the amount of the real estate commission is divided to each, depending on the percentage of co-ownership in the property.

By signing the order to view a property and the assignment order respectively, you declare, inter alia, that you accept the above and your are committed to pay the broker the agreed brokerage fee, which you consider reasonable and fair. In the event that a final contract is not concluded, you do not bear any financial responsibility to the broker.
