We inform you that during the viewing of the property it is deemed necessary to indicate your identity as well as your VAT number according to Law 4072 / 11-4-2012 Official Government Gazette 86A. If buyers or sellers are more than one person, then the amount of the real estate commission is divided to each, depending on the percentage of co-ownership in the property.
In particular, each Real Estate Broker is entitled to a fee on the real market value of the property for which a final buying and selling – contractual consideration contract will be made and on the rental price that will be set in the relevant property rental contract in case of rent. The fee is paid in the first case by both the buyer and the seller and in the second case by the lessee and the lessor in the same way. The legal VAT of 24% is always added to the final amount. The percentage of the commission in the real estate buying and selling – contractual considerations is usually 2% (+ VAT) and in property rentals an amount equal to a monthly rent (+ VAT). These amounts are given in full independently by both parties.
The broker is entitled to a fee, apart from the sale and rent, for any contract that will be drawn up as a result of his own suggestion for property viewing and concerns the acquisition or transfer of the right of ownership or use or exploitation of the relevant property in any other way. By signing the order to view a property and the assignment order respectively, you declare, inter alia, that you accept the above and your are committed to pay the broker the agreed brokerage fee, which you consider reasonable and fair. In the event that a final contract is not concluded, you do not bear any financial responsibility to the broker. The broker is protected by law and is represented by the Greek Federation of Real Estate Brokers and the Attica Association of Realtors.

TINOS
Tinos belongs to the Cyclades, holding the third place in terms of size in relation to the other islands of the complex. It is located very close to Andros, Mykonos and the capital of the Cyclades, Ermoupolis of Syros. It has permanent residents and therefore has schools of all levels. It is generally a mountainous island with vegetation consisting mainly of short shrubs. Most sections are sloping and thus create the "lynchets", which look like large stairs in the area. The island has very beautiful beaches. In fact, it is known that it attracts many surfers as there are often blowing winds and in certain places raises a lot of waves, serving the needs of this activity. The island has a unique architecture and is known for its dovecotes and its countless picturesque chapels, which together with the churches are estimated at around seven hundred and fifty. Tinos also has many villages with different character, most of which are interesting to visit. The island of Pyrgos, intertwined with marble craftsmanship (as well as the whole island), hosts the School of Marble Craftsmanship. Tinian marble craftsmanship is included in the List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO. The reference point of the island is the pilgrimage of the icon of Evangelistria. Hundreds of visitors arrive on the island every day thanks to the icon - some even on the same day - to make a vow. Many believers climb the hill, on which the monastery is built, "kneeling" until they reach the icon. The island's economy is based on tourism, which due to the Icon is strong throughout the year. Many inhabitants, however, are also engaged in agriculture, livestock, fishing and beekeeping. Access to the island is possible only by boat. Many of course choose to travel by plane to Mykonos and then take the ferry to Tinos.
