If buyers or sellers are more than one person, then the amount of the real estate commission is divided to each, depending on the percentage of co-ownership in the property.

These amounts are given in full independently by both parties.
The broker is entitled to a fee, apart from the sale and rent, for any contract that will be drawn up as a result of his own suggestion for property viewing and concerns the acquisition or transfer of the right of ownership or use or exploitation of the relevant property in any other way. By signing the order to view a property and the assignment order respectively, you declare, inter alia, that you accept the above and your are committed to pay the broker the agreed brokerage fee, which you consider reasonable and fair. In the event that a final contract is not concluded, you do not bear any financial responsibility to the broker. The broker is protected by law and is represented by the Greek Federation of Real Estate Brokers and the Attica Association of Realtors.

LASITHI PREFECTURE
The Prefecture of Lasithi is one of the four prefectures of the largest Greek island, Crete. It is located at the eastern end of the island and borders with the Prefecture of Heraklion to the west. It borders the sea on three sides, on the Cretan, the Carpathian and the Libyan Sea. It is the least populated of the four prefectures, with Agios Nikolaos as its capital. Like the whole of Crete, it has beautiful natural landscapes, small picturesque villages and unique beaches. The land is mainly mountainous, while there are several valleys with olive groves, with the most special being those of Ierapetra and Neapolis. The gorge of Ha, which is not the only one, is also impressive. Its coastline consists of many individual ports, bays, beaches and lagoons, such as the Voulismeni of Agios Nikolaos. The main feature of the island is Elounda, Plaka and the island of Spinalonga due to its history. This island, which was actually a Venetian fortress, hosted lepers in the early 20th century to combat the spread of the disease. It is now a landscaped place to visit, through which hundreds of travelers pass during the summer months. The Prefecture of Lasithi, as well as the whole of Crete, is famous for its traditional dishes and the hospitality of the locals.
