These amounts are given in full independently by both parties.

The broker is entitled to a fee, apart from the sale and rent, for any contract that will be drawn up as a result of his own suggestion for property viewing and concerns the acquisition or transfer of the right of ownership or use or exploitation of the relevant property in any other way. By signing the order to view a property and the assignment order respectively, you declare, inter alia, that you accept the above and your are committed to pay the broker the agreed brokerage fee, which you consider reasonable and fair. In the event that a final contract is not concluded, you do not bear any financial responsibility to the broker. The broker is protected by law and is represented by the Greek Federation of Real Estate Brokers and the Attica Association of Realtors.

EUBOEA PREFECTURE

The Prefecture of Euboea occupies a part of Central Greece and the two islands, Euboea and Skyros. After Crete, the elongated island of Euboea is the second largest island in the Aegean, while Skyros belongs to the Sporades. The capital of the prefecture is Chalkida.
